About the MHS CCA Board of Directors
The MHS CCA Board of Directors oversees and supports the mission to put all Marietta High School students on a path to one or more of the following outcomes after graduation:
- Employment in a high-wage, high-demand career
- Enlistment in the United States Armed Forces or civil service
- Enrollment in postsecondary education and training
As part of that mission, the CCA Board of Directors focuses activity on the following:
- Governance and Oversight to ensure that the College & Career Academy is fulfilling its mission
- Economic and Workforce Development to align all programs to current and future workforce needs
- Teaching and Assessing for Learning to ensure the highest quality of technical instruction
- Strategic Planning and Sustainability to ensure the CCA can do so effectively and enduringly
